Trade size without touching the chart
Block auctions at the pool midpoint, with orders hidden until the reveal, and private deal links, for tokenized stocks and Pons coins. Nothing a block does reaches the pool.
TradeSize meets size first. The pool only gives the price.
Trade
NVDA, TSLA, SPY, graduated Pons coins and more, crossed size against size at the pool midpoint, one block auction every five minutes.

API/api/markets, /api/batches, /api/tapeSend a link, not an order
Lock tokens in the deal escrow, set a price in USDG or ETH and share the link. Only someone holding it can see the terms on this site and fill, in one transaction, or only the address you name. Works for any token on Robinhood Chain, including Pons coins before they graduate. Cancel any time before the fill.
Create a deal- 01
An order sent to a pool is public before it fills. Size moves the chart against the one who sends it.
- 02
On Backroom, size meets size first. Orders stay hidden until the reveal, then cross at the midpoint of the pool.
- 03
The pool is read, never traded. Nothing a block does reaches the chart, so the price you cross at is the price everyone saw.
- 04
Every block and every deal pays a fee of 0.25% per side, and 70% of it goes to $BACKROOM stakers.

Orders stay a hash until the reveal. Settlement is held to the price guard, a maximum distance between the midpoint at settlement and the average of the prices sampled during the batch.
The midpoint is read straight from the Uniswap v4 pool manager, in the same transaction that settles. No oracle, no operator price.
A batch that fails the guard, or that nobody settles within 26 L1 blocks of its reveal, is void and every order goes back to its owner in full. The owner of the contract can add markets and pause new commits; it has no function that moves a trader's balance.
After settlement the batch is public on-chain, sizes and price included. The tape on this site rounds sizes into buckets.
What is Backroom?
An OTC desk on Robinhood Chain with two ways to trade size: block auctions with hidden orders that settle about every five minutes at the pool midpoint, and private deal links between two parties.
Tokenized stocks trade against USDG, graduated Pons coins against ETH. Nothing is routed to the pool, so the chart never sees the block.
How does a block auction work?
During the commit window (20 L1 blocks, about 3 min 50 s) you lock a hash of your order with a 1 USDG bond, or 0.0003 ETH on ETH markets. During the reveal window (6 L1 blocks, about 70 s) the order is opened, by your browser or by the operator key if you chose reveal for me.
Settlement reads the midpoint of the market's Uniswap v4 pool. The lighter side fills in full, the heavier side pro rata, and every crossed order gets the same price.
What is a private deal?
A seller locks any ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain with a price in USDG or ETH and gets a link. Whoever holds the link can fill it in one transaction, or only one address if the seller binds it. The seller can cancel any time before a fill.
Deals are as private as the link: the terms are written to the chain when the deal is created, but the deal is on no order book and nobody fills it without the key.
What protects the price?
Every market has a guard: the midpoint at settlement must sit within a set distance (0.6% for SPY, 1% to 2% for stocks, 3% for Pons coins) of the average of the prices sampled during the batch. A batch that fails the guard is void and every order is returned in full.
What does $BACKROOM do?
Every block and every deal pays $BACKROOM stakers: 70% of the 0.25% fee charged to each side and 100% of the bonds of orders that were never revealed. The rest of the fees, 30%, goes to the treasury.
