Backroom is an OTC desk on Robinhood Chain with two ways to trade size without touching the chart: block auctions with hidden orders that settle about every five minutes at the Uniswap v4 pool midpoint, and private deal links between two parties.

Orders are hidden by commitment until the reveal. After settlement the batch is public on-chain, sizes and price included. The price is the pool midpoint at settlement, guarded by a maximum distance from the average of the prices sampled during the batch; a batch that fails the guard is void and everyone's funds are returned. Every block and every deal pays a 0.25% fee per side, 70% of which goes to $BACKROOM stakers.
